Bending, Drilling & Countersinking

Our profile cutting portfolio includes our bending, drilling and countersinking processes, all carried out on-site at METALtech uk’s dedicated facility in Dundee, on Scotland’s east coast.

For processing large sheets, we use our PBS 3108/160 CNC hydraulic press brake to form top-quality products by folding profiles to the client’s exact requirements. This technology has a bend accuracy at least five times higher than conventional press brakes and is ideal for complex multi-bending operations where volume and accuracy are essential.
